Job Description

  • Own and drive external communications strategies for major business initiatives, including launches, partnerships, seasonal programs, and purpose-led campaigns
  • Develop and deliver insight-led, integrated PR and storytelling programs that generate measurable impact
  • Build strong, trusted relationships with trade, and emerging media, as well as influencers and partners
  • Track and interpret trends across earned, owned, and paid channels to continuously evolve communications approaches
  • Provide strategic counsel to senior leaders, aligning messaging with business objectives and external context
  • Partner closely with internal teams, agencies, and external stakeholders to ensure cohesive and effective execution

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Communications, PR, Journalism, Marketing, Business, or related fields
  • 15 years of experience across corporate communications, brand communications, or public relations, ideally within consumer-facing or FMCG environments
  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead complex, cross‑functional projects in multinational settings
  • Strong strategic thinking paired with a hands-on, results-driven mindset
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in both English and Mandarin
  • High learning agility, independence, and a proactive approach to problem-solving
