Job Description

  • Develop, implement, and monitor compliance policies and procedures within the Accounting & Finance department.
  • Ensure adherence to local and international regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct risk assessments and recommend mitigation strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to promote a culture of compliance across the organisation.
  • Provide training and guidance to staff on compliance-related matters.
  • Lead internal audits and coordinate with external auditors as needed.
  • Prepare and present compliance reports to senior management.
  • Stay updated on changes in regulations relevant to the FMCG industry.
