Define, measure, analyze, improve, and control (DMAIC) processes to eliminate defects, minimize variability, and optimize performance. Utilize data-driven decision-making to identify key process improvement opportunities and develop actionable plans. Oversee internal process optimizations, enhancing system efficiency, data integrity, and user satisfaction. Initiate route to market, focusing on lead generation, customer engagement, and campaign effectiveness. Drive supply chain process optimizations, improving inventory management, logistics, and supplier relationships. Collaborate closely with senior management, department heads, and stakeholders to ensure project alignment and buy-in. Develop and present compelling reports and presentations to communicate project progress, findings, and impact. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and encourage a proactive approach to problem-solving across the organization. The Successful Applicant Bachelor's degree in an engineering, science, or related technical field. Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt with practical experience in applying Lean Six Sigma methodologies. Minimum of 10 years of experience in driving business excellence, preferably within a manufacturing or FMCG industry setting. Proven leadership abilities in managing large-scale, cross-functional projects. Strong understanding of IT systems, marketing strategies, and supply chain operations. Fluent in English - excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive, results-oriented mindset.
