Responsibility for identifying sales opportunities to enable the delivery of 'Sustainable Profitable Growth' for assigned regions and product lines.The role will have a direct influence on High Temp and Semiconductor business development of the Special Graphite product range, responsible for generating new business market and accounts, networking with professionals in our target markets to support growth & profitability.

Job Description

  • Be responsible to drive revenue growth and market share growth of Morgan Semiconductor & HT products in China market, including semiconductor, display, solar and SiC industries.
  • Responsible for annual revenue and variable margin budget and achievements for Special Graphite product in China market, deliveries of monthly result and sales forecast.
  • Deeply understand market trend, customer current and future needs, customer pains, and continually update marketing strategy and direct product development pipelines.
  • Deeply and widely collect and understand competition intelligence and form Morgan corresponding strategy and tactics.
  • Communicate with product team to coordinate customer activities and internal alignment for product management and development, marketing activities, etc.
  • Work closely with cross functional professionals and drive for result to deliver good business achievements.
  • Develop and manage distribution partners where needed; Develop and manage key accounts

The Successful Applicant

    • Has good business acumen and relevant industrial/ education background, also experience and competencies to deliver result, with full responsibilities of selling, contracting in assigned product line
    • Semiconductor & HT business revenue and variable margin.
    • Obtain market share in assigned regions.
    • Maintain Morgan brand awareness in assigned regions.
    • Meet company strategy and compliance/legal requirement.
    • Build up and promote a high-performance sales team.
