Job Description

  • Conduct market research and identify opportunities for entry and growth.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • Analyse market trends and provide insights to inform strategic decisions.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients and partners.
  • Develop and implement a local business model aligned with global strategy.
  • Drive sales and business development, building relationships with pharmaceutical companies.
  • Collaborate closely with global teams to ensure alignment on strategy and execution.

The Successful Applicant

  • Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
  • Strong scientific background (pharma, life sciences, clinical research, or related field).
  • Proven experience in pharma and CRO sectors in China, with a track record in sales and business development.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset: passionate, hands-on, hardworking, and able to think outside the box.
  • Established client relationships with domestic and international pharmaceutical companies that have global ambitions.
