Job Description

Enterprise Quality & Business Enablement

  • Define and lead the global quality and food safety strategy aligned with business growth objectives
  • Partner with executive leadership to ensure quality supports commercial decision-making and customer outcomes
  • Build a high-performance quality culture across the full value chain



Regulatory Leadership & Global Market Access

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements across key markets, including China (SAMR) and other international jurisdictions
  • Lead regulatory engagement, inspections, and certification activities
  • Enable and sustain market access through strong governance and proactive regulatory strategy



Quality Transformation & Operational Excellence

  • Assess and optimise the current quality organisation, structure, and capabilities
  • Drive initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce cost of quality while maintaining first-class standards
  • Embed robust systems, data-driven decision-making, and continuous improvement disciplines



Risk, Incident & Customer Quality Management

  • Lead enterprise response to quality or food safety events, ensuring rapid containment and resolution
  • Strengthen root cause analysis, CAPA, and preventive systems
  • Maintain strong credibility with customers through transparent quality performance



Leadership & Stakeholder Management

  • Build and lead a high-performing global quality and regulatory team
  • Engage effectively with senior stakeholders including Board, regulators, and key customers
  • Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO on quality, risk, and compliance matters

The Successful Applicant

Extensive senior leadership experience in dairy, food, nutrition, or FMCG manufacturing

20 years'+ expertise in quality systems, food safety, and regulatory compliance

Strong experience across multiple regulatory environments, including hands-on exposure to China SAMR registration and compliance

Demonstrated ability to transform organisations and optimise cost structures

Strong executive presence with global exposure, capture the ability to influence at Board and CEO level

Fluent English required; Mandarin capability is highly advantageous
