Job Description The Sr. Business Development Manager, will play a key role within the Industrial Segment China sales team, reporting to Vice President of Sales. She/he is responsible for driving High Power Charging sales by sourcing new applications, new markets and new clients, and by convincing existing clients to purchase added offerings. As such, Business Development Manager play an integral role in companies' longevity. Demonstrate the value of new technologies to solve customer problems by interacting with technical decision makers, industry influencers, policy makers, and social platforms such as conferences and presentations. Familiarizing HPC technologies, products and services Guide key account executives to understand and solve customer business problems Procuring new clients through direct contact, word-of-mouth, and collaboration with the HPC sales team. Attending networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients. Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing HPC clients to ensure that they are retained. Suggesting upgrades or added products and services that may be of interest to clients. Crafting business proposals and contracts to draw in more revenue from clients. Negotiating with clients to secure attractive prices. Facilitate financial analyzes, long range forecasting, and analysis studies associated with potential opportunities. Develop financial and business models, goals, pricing, promotion, placement and positioning, to make desired financial commitments.
