Job Description

Product Strategy Development

  • Lead consumer & market insight programs to define mid-to-long-term product strategies.
  • Translate consumer understanding, market trends, and channel signals into clear product roadmaps.



Portfolio Strategy & Optimization

  • Own the full product portfolio, continuously improving efficiency based on feedback, performance, and evolving consumer needs.



Insight Management

  • Build and maintain a robust insight system including research, competitor tracking, and data interpretation.
  • Convert insights into strategic decisions and innovation priorities.



Innovation Leadership

  • Identify opportunities for product and packaging innovation.
  • Collaborate with global, regional, and cross-functional teams to deliver locally relevant innovation.



Product Content Upgrade

  • Partner with internal teams to refine product positioning, selling points, and marketing content.



Cross-functional Collaboration & Execution

  • Work closely with demand, supply, and marketing teams to ensure seamless strategy execution.



Team & Capability Development

  • Develop team members and strengthen collaboration across marketing teams.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree or above.
  • 10+ years of experience in marketing, innovation, or category strategy, preferably within premium consumer goods, nutrition, or related sectors.
  • Proven ability in building and deploying long-term strategy.
  • Strong analytical mindset, communication skills, and influencing capability across all levels.
  • Fluent in Mandarin and English.
  • Passion for consumer wellbeing, nutrition, and category development.
