Job Description

  • Lead end-to-end operations across multiple distribution centers in APAC, ensuring efficiency, safety, and operational excellence
  • Develop and implement scalable processes, SOPs, and good practices to support a high-performing distribution model
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives focusing on productivity, accuracy, cost optimization, and customer satisfaction
  • Identify opportunities to enhance inventory management, workflow efficiency, and space utilization
  • Lead transformation initiatives including process modernization and operational upgrades
  • Build, mentor, and develop high-performing teams, fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration
  • Manage cross-functional projects with transportation, procurement, customer service, and global stakeholders
  • Track and improve key KPIs such as order accuracy, inventory accuracy, on-time delivery, and warehouse productivity
  • Utilize data and analytics to identify trends and implement corrective actions for operational improvement
  • Optimize transportation strategies and warehouse systems (WMS) to improve efficiency and visibility

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field
  • Minimum 7 years of leadership experience managing multi-site distribution or warehouse operations
  • Strong expertise in supply chain, logistics, and distribution good practices
  • Proven track record in driving operational transformation and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Experience building scalable processes, SOPs, and operational frameworks
  • Strong analytical and project management capabilities with a data-driven mindset
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
  • Willingness to travel approximately 25%
