Job Description Identify, develop, and onboard new suppliers and products in line with business expansion needs Conduct supplier validation, including documentation review, financial assessment, and factory audits Manage monthly purchasing cycles and formal quotation processes, ensuring competitive supplier selection Lead price negotiations, contract terms, and rebate agreements with suppliers in coordination with global teams Support quality control processes, including incoming quality inspections (IQC) and sample evaluation Coordinate supplier compliance with international certification requirements (e.g., INEN standards for Ecuador) Participate in and represent the company at industry trade fairs and sourcing events Monitor supplier lead times and ensure alignment with inventory and demand planning The Successful Applicant A successful Sourcing Manager should have: Minimum 10 years of relevant sourcing or procurement experience Background in hardware/tools trading companies is essential Strong exposure to Latin American markets (e.g., Mexico, Colombia) Proven experience in supplier development, negotiation, and quality management Fluent Spanish is mandatory High level of integrity, accountability, and professionalism Strong cross-cultural communication and stakeholder management skills What's on Offer Competitive salary Play a key role in building China sourcing Be part of a growing organisation with a strong market presence.
