Job Description Key Responsibilities Lead the overall operation of the brand's live streaming studio, focusing on bags, backpacks, and related accessories. Develop the livestreaming strategy, including annual/quarterly planning, content direction, traffic growth, and revenue targets. Coordinate livestream room setup, product planning, scripts, rhythm control, and overall on-air quality. Work closely with KOLs/hosts, internal operations, supply chain, and marketing teams to ensure smooth execution and maximize GMV. Analyze livestream performance data, continuously optimize conversion, viewer retention, and traffic efficiency. Manage host selection, training, and performance evaluation; build and improve the livestreaming team. Collaborate with product, branding, and EC teams to ensure product highlights, pricing, and campaigns are aligned with livestreaming needs. Monitor industry trends and competitor livestream strategies, and drive innovative formats. The Successful Applicant A successful 自播间负责人 should have: Bachelor's degree or above; 5+ years of e-commerce livestreaming experience, including at least 2 years managing a livestream studio/team. Strong understanding of Douyin/Taobao Live ecosystem, traffic mechanisms, and content growth strategies. Proven success in driving GMV for fashion, accessories, or related consumer goods categories；experience in bags/backpacks preferred. Strong planning and execution capability; able to operate fast-paced and performance-driven environments. Excellent communication and cross-functional coordination skills; capable of managing hosts, operators, and suppliers. Result-oriented mindset, strong data sensitivity, and ability to solve problems quickly under pressure.
