产品总监职位为零售行业的采购与供应链部门提供战略指导，负责优化产品组合与供应链流程，确保业务目标的达成。该职位需要专业知识和实践经验，能够推动公司在市场中的竞争力。

1.对区域市场进行市场调研，包括经销商及竞争品牌进行调研，包括但不限于经营者资质、渠道、店面、产品、价格、营销推广等方面，并输出调研报告；

2.承接品牌市场中心市场活动市场推广政策与要求，结合区域特性及业务情况，制定区域活动策略和规划并推动活动落地；

该职位将全面负责公司供应链体系建设与运营管理，支撑业务从传统渠道模式向零售业务模式转型升级。

将从采购、计划、库存、仓储物流到供应链数字化等多个维度推动变革，打造敏捷、高效且可持续发展的供应链能力

1.制定新零售项目的产品与平台营销的规划及方案，并确保方案有效执行；

2.负责新零售的运营管理，根据市场反馈对运营进行数据分析，制定营销推广方案；

1、为销售团队赋能，提升区域门店运营水平和能力并达成业绩稳定、持续增长；
2、团队培训，提升门店精细化运营能力，增加员工对于品牌的强烈认同感，从而提升整体企业文化；
3、通过对销售流程的提升，确保用户获得良好体验及品牌忠诚度。
