Lead the Accounting & Finance department, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with regulations. Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities. Manage cash flow and capital allocation to optimise financial performance. Collaborate with senior management to provide financial insights and recommendations for decision-making. Monitor and analyse financial performance, identifying opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements. Ensure compliance with tax regulations and liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodies. Mentor and develop the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence. 理想的求职者 A successful candidate should have: Bachelor or above education degree with professional certification. Extensive knowledge of financial management within the retail/consumer industry. Strong leadership skills with experience managing finance teams. Expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting, with strong BP skills. Sound understanding of regulatory and tax compliance requirements. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
