The Plant Operation Manager will be responsible for overseeing the entire production operation within a large machining equipment environment, ensuring efficient utilization of resources, adherence to EHS guidelines, and timely delivery of products to our international clientele. This role requires a hands-on manager who can effectively manage a team of over 100 employees, coordinate resources, and drive operational excellence.

This role is an important project management role with many responsibilities. They'll lead the analyst and rollout of the PMO tools that will plan, manage and track the projects under their purview.

Monitoring the projects and the overall portfolio is also part of their responsibility. The PMO director must ensure that the projects in the portfolio comply with the project policies and standards of the organization.

Run the day-to-day operations of Suzhou Plant. Be responsible for overseeing Production, Quality, Engineering, Maintenance and supply Chain functions. Find ways to make the plant more productive by providing effective methods.

主导机器人嵌入式硬件系统设计，将软件功能需求转化为硬件架构方案，统筹关键模块（如主控、电源、传感器）的选型与开发，并负责EE团队组建与能力建设，确保硬件平台满足功能、性能及成本目标。

主导机器人全机械系统架构设计，统筹核心执行器与传动部件（齿轮/丝杠/连杆等）的选型、集成与优化，确保机械结构满足功能、性能、成本及可靠性多维需求。

负责具身智能机器人硬件架构设计，主导硬件选型、设计优化及量产落地，协同OEM厂商实现产品高效交付。

负责陪伴机器人全生命周期造型设计（从草图到3D模型）及CMF（色彩/材质/工艺）方案开发，协同工程团队完成设计可行性验证，确保产品兼具美学价值与用户体验。

负责机器人动作、姿态及动态效果的设计与制作，结合产品功能需求与用户体验目标，打造自然、流畅且符合品牌调性的机器人行为表现。
