The Plant Operation Manager will be responsible for overseeing the entire production operation within a large machining equipment environment, ensuring efficient utilization of resources, adherence to EHS guidelines, and timely delivery of products to our international clientele. Location: China (with frequent travel as required)

This role is an important project management role with many responsibilities. They'll lead the analyst and rollout of the PMO tools that will plan, manage and track the projects under their purview.

Monitoring the projects and the overall portfolio is also part of their responsibility. The PMO director must ensure that the projects in the portfolio comply with the project policies and standards of the organization.

• Implement and validate electronic designs through software development, test and simulation.

This role takes the responsible for product development, include application, project management, new product R&D.

On the basis of the existing technical team, set up the R&D center in China

This role is responsible for the production management in Changzhou plant.

The mission for the role is deployment and implementation of the group strategy to drive operational improvement across the site in alignment with performance targets, develop the continuous improvement culture.
