职责描述

The Head of Sales for various Applications will drive growth and revenue by developing and implementing a comprehensive sales strategy across multiple industries. This role requires a strong understanding of sintered metal technologies, a track record in sales leadership, and experience managing customer relationships across diverse applications. The successful candidate will lead the sales team to expand market share in China and build customer relationships within the Automotive, Electronics, Marine, Medical, and Industrial sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Strategy and Execution
* Develop and execute sales strategies that align with company goals and the unique needs of each industry segment (Automotive, Electronics, Marine, Medical, and General Industry).
* Identify and prioritize key markets and customer segments, creating targeted plans to capture and grow business in each sector.
* Set sales targets, develop budgets, and monitor performance metrics to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.

2. Market Expansion and Business Development
* Drive growth by identifying new business opportunities within China and other high-potential regions.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to adapt and customize sintered metal solutions that meet specific customer requirements.
* Lead efforts to expand into underdeveloped market segments, developing strategic partnerships and establishing key accounts.

3. Customer Relationship Management
* Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
* Develop deep industry knowledge to understand and anticipate customer needs in applications like valve and pump systems, thermal solutions, and precision automotive components.
* Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic accounts, ensuring responsiveness and proactive support.

4. Sales Team Leadership and Development
* Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and customer focus.
* Provide guidance and support on practices in sales, market development, and client engagement.
* Drive a results-oriented team culture, with a focus on continuous learning and improvement.

5. Market Intelligence and Product Alignment
* Conduct market research to stay current on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging customer demands.
* Work closely with product development and engineering teams to ensure product offerings align with market requirements and customer feedback.
* Attend trade shows, conferences, and industry events to strengthen the company's presence and expand its network.

6. Reporting and Analysis
* Prepare and present regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and market insights to the senior leadership team.
* Utilize CRM and analytics tools to track sales activities, measure progress, and adjust strategies as needed.
* Provide actionable insights on customer feedback, market trends, and opportunities for product innovation.

* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Material Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree is a strong plus.
* 8+ years of sales experience, ideally within the machenical ,or chemical ,material , or new material related industrial manufacturing sector.
* Proven success in sales managment within Automotive, Electronics, Marine, Medical
