负责半导体及光伏领域碳材料产品的市场拓展与客户管理，推动销售目标达成，并协同技术团队优化产品应用方案。

负责硅片产品的销售管理工作，拓展市场，维护客户关系，实现销售目标。

1. 负责200毫米和300毫米硅环、碳化硅耗材以及上电极等关键零部件的机械研发和创新。
2. 领导机械研发团队，确保薄膜沉积设备的机械设计满足行业标准和客户需求。

1. 负责制定和执行公司销售战略，推动业务增长。
2. 管理销售团队，提升团队整体业绩。

负责汽车主动安全测试系统产品的销售工作，通过深入了解客户需求，提供专业的产品解决方案，与汽车客户建立并维护长期稳定的合作关系。同时，作为公司与客户之间的桥梁，及时反馈市场信息，协助产品团队进行产品优化。
