• 分析业务流程，识别改进领域，并制定策略以提高效率和效果。

工作职责：

利用数据分析和机器学习技术，优化商品【定价策略】和【大促活动】的数据策略

• 与营销、运营和供应链团队紧密合作，确保数据驱动的策略有效实施。
• 领导数据科学团队，推动数据分析项目，提升团队的专业技能和创新能力。

工作职责：
1. 主要职责： 构建金融支付核心产品的关键业务指标体系，监控数据异常，分析潜在问题，及时识别业务风险，并提供专业建议以支持决策。
2. 数据驱动决策： 与业务团队合作，进行数据建模和迭代优化，运用AB测试等方法评估改进效果，推动业务部门的数据驱动决策。

• 负责公司量化开发工作的统筹规划及管理。
• 开发各类投研工具，包括且不限于各类回测框架，交易系统，数据开发，软硬件运维等.

信托或贸易行业信息系统从 0 到 1 建设的核心推动者。

• 全面负责 PMS 产品的全生命周期管理，从需求调研、产品设计、开发推进到上线推广及后续优化。

负责公司内部数据工具和营销工具的从 0 到 1 端到端开发工作。

负责搭建和维护自动驾驶软件的自动化测试体系，包括制定测试策略、设计测试框架、编写测试用例。

负责公司二级市场（港股和美股）的投资，并对投资业绩负责；

• 依托IT产业链的深厚资源及国际化投资经验，主导挖掘并培育高成长性科技制造企业。
• 结合行业洞见与生态圈优势，制定先进制造领域投资战略，赋能被投企业技术升级与全球化扩张，同时助力基金实现投资回报。

• 负责构建数据驱动的财务分析体系，通过预算管控、ROI模型搭建及经营预测支持业务决策，优化审批流程与系统效率；
• 统筹风险预警、业财协同及跨部门闭环管理，推动财务分析体系与数字化工具升级；
