• 负责将人工作业流程迁移到系统平台，并结合AI&大数据技术实现业务流程自动化、智能化；
• 深入理解业务场景及操作规则，梳理并归纳总结业务需求，制定系统架构和建设方案，完成系统化新作业流程规范设计、功能设计、交互设计，并对项目实时落地做追踪管理，保证系统按期保质上线并实现项目目标；

本职位作为供应链系统 IT Program Manager，将聚焦于商品规划与分配（Merchandising Planning and Allocation）的数字化项目管理。

• 分析业务流程，识别改进领域，并制定策略以提高效率和效果。
• 与跨职能团队合作，了解业务需求并将它们转化为数据驱动的解决方案。
• 准备并向高层管理人员和其他利益相关者展示报告、可视化和发现。

工作职责：
1. 主要职责： 构建金融支付核心产品的关键业务指标体系，监控数据异常，分析潜在问题，及时识别业务风险，并提供专业建议以支持决策。
2. 数据驱动决策： 与业务团队合作，进行数据建模和迭代优化，运用AB测试等方法评估改进效果，推动业务部门的数据驱动决策。

• 负责公司量化开发工作的统筹规划及管理。
• 开发各类投研工具，包括且不限于各类回测框架，交易系统，数据开发，软硬件运维等.
