This position entails providing leadership, guidance and oversight of recruitment processes, initiatives, employer branding, and candidate experience to ensure the organization attracts and retains strong talent to support its growth and strategic objectives.
We are looking for a dynamic and visionary individual to work with a cross-functional team to assess human capital readiness on both individual and organizational levels, prioritize the training and development needs, create and maintain the training content, and develop modular training programs and organize training sessions that cater to a diverse audience with varying levels of knowedge and skills.
Responsible for overall talent activities within the regionTranslate all corporate strategies to attract, develop and retain talents
Contributes to the global development and implementation of Talent, DEI, leadership and engagement processes, tools and solutions and oversees implementation within the Area.
In general, act as the process owner, responsible for the talent development & training process in China and Asia.

建立人才发展梯队及夯实人才储备基础
根据公司及人力资源战略制定人才发展战略,制定各体系人才发展规划;负责任职资格管理体系的完善和运作,优化人才标准的建设和落地,搭建能力发展通道。
系统性搭建集团企业文化顶层设计,标准化输出文化理念与管理纲要企业文化顶层设计方向、理念标准与建设机制,全面推动价值观落地集团各级组织与业务管理中,搭建组织文化与赋能体系,保证组织效能的健康发展,助推前端业务目标达成。
