This role is Finance manager, responsible for l*eading team to manage all plant accounting operations, including monthly and annual closings, compliance, and financial reporting under US GAAP and China GAAP. The Finance Manager will drive process improvements, support ERP implementation, and provide financial insights to optimize manufacturing performance and business decisions.

• 短期：优化物流中心管理制度、流程、物流系统（厂内物流、SAP-ERP、WMS、TMS），统筹梳理运输线路规划，完善供应商管理体系，提升团队专业化操作水平和服务效率。
• 中长期：制定战略性承运商采购策略，建立长期、稳定、可信赖的供应商；逐步降低采购成本，提升经营效益。
