The primary objective of this role is to deeply understand business requirements and determine whether business needs can be addressed through configuration or enhancement of existing functionality, or whether they require new development. This role partners with business stakeholders, global IT, and delivery teams to translate requirements into fit-for purpose Oracle Fusion solutions (or other ERP products), supporting design, configuration, testing, and deployment in alignment with global standards and local China requirements. 理想的求职者 A successful IT Business Analysis professional should have: Lead and govern business requirement analysis activities for Finance and Supply Chain processes (e.g., P2P, O2C, Inventory, Costing etc.), and document clear, testable business requirements. Drive process standardization and optimization aligned with global template and practices.
