As the Head of Compliance for our China entity, you will act simultaneously as strategic radar and execution engine-anticipating regulatory shifts before they happen and embedding policies, processes, tools and culture that let the business scale confi-dently and compliantly.

This role will report directly to the head of legal and compliance whilst working alongside an AML/KYC colleague. This role will focus on general compliance duties including regulatory compliance, audit, risk, and business compliance advisory.

This role will report directly to the Head of Legal and Compliance whilst managing a small team. This role will be responsible for all regulatory and general compliance matters.

This role will report directly to their Head of Financial Crime Compliance Department whilst managing a large team. This team will be responsible for the front to end processes of KYC.

This role is a newly created headcount for their HK Office and will be reporting to the COO and UK Head of Compliance. This role will be responsible for both legal and compliance matters.

This role oversees end-to-end regulatory affairs for the China business: market entry, standards and labeling, claims and packaging compliance, risk identification and response, and professional engagement with authorities and industry bodies. It requires managing multiple projects in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment and partnering with R&D, FSQ, Marketing, Legal and Supply Chain to secure compliance across the product lifecycle.

We are looking for a Technical Engineer r*esponsible for an area of intervention that will mainly involve aromatics compounding technologies and products. Working closely with our commercial business unit as well as its project operations BD, industrial operations BD, legal department, etc.; your assignment will involve short-term overseas travel.
