The role of Sr. Digital Marketing Manager offers an exciting opportunity to lead and optimise digital strategies within the FMCG industry. Based in Shanghai, this position focuses on driving impactful marketing campaigns and enhancing the company's digital presence.

We are seeking a highly driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead digital strategy and execution across the Tencent ecosystem, including WeChat, WeCom, Tencent Ads, and other related platforms. This role will be responsible for building digital presence, accelerating brand awareness, and driving consumer and professional engagement through innovative digital initiatives.

This role will be the category lead for core business for global personal care brand in China.

Define and guide the country brand strategy consistent with the international brand positioning and the country's priorities to contribute to continued growth of the brand and the consumer relationship.

This role sits at the intersection of brand innovation, commercial strategy, and P&L ownership. As Director of Marketing for China, you will be accountable not only for brand equity and innovation impact, but also for revenue growth, margin health, and return on marketing investment.
