As the Director of Sales for a great fabless semiconductor design services company in China, you will be responsible for spearheading sales initiatives, expanding our customer base, and driving revenue growth. You will lead a high-performing sales team and collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure our design services meet the evolving needs of the Chinese market.

Handle abnormal situations such as technical quality claim, overdue payment, and/or part shortage, etc. Keep customer relationship and improve customer satisfaction.
