Backed by an international project portfolio, the organization is a crucial player in Power Transmission & Distribution, supporting the development of critical grid and energy infrastructure worldwide. 职责描述 Manage the supply chain/expediting team and vendor coordination. Identify, assess, and onboard new vendors. Follow up on technical approvals, drawings, commercial closure, and purchase orders. Coordinate vendor meetings, technical clarifications, inspections, FAT/type tests, and third-party agencies. Monitor manufacturing progress, raw material availability, dispatch, and delivery as per project schedules. Follow up on BGs, vendor issues, and timely resolution of technical/commercial matters. Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Logistics, and Project teams. Maintain vendor performance, material status, and regular progress reports. 理想的求职者 A successful Supply Chain Expeditor should have: 8+ years of experience in Supply Chain Expediting, Procurement, Vendor Management, or Project Procurement within the Power EPC sector. Strong knowledge of HV/EHV transmission and substation equipment, procurement processes, manufacturing cycles, and project delivery requirements. Proven experience managing Chinese and international suppliers, with a solid understanding of vendor capabilities, manage times, and delivery risks. Strong stakeholder management, vendor coordination, negotiation, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional project teams.
