Engineering Head will lead a team of engineering professionals and drive manufacturing excellence across the facility.This position combines strategic leadership with hands-on engineering expertise, focusing on productivity improvement, process optimization, equipment performance, new product introduction, and operational transformation.

职责描述

Lead and develop the Plant Engineering organization to support sustainable business growth.

Drive manufacturing process improvements that enhance quality, productivity, yield, and cost competitiveness.

Partner with Production, Quality, Maintenance, Supply Chain, and Global Engineering teams to improve operational performance.

Lead complex problem-solving initiatives and root cause investigations to eliminate recurring issues.

Support new product introduction (NPI) and successful transition from development to production.

Improve process capability, equipment utilization, and manufacturing reliability.

Manage capital investment programs, equipment upgrades, automation projects, and facility improvements.

Build and implement engineering standards and operational excellence programs.

Foster a Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement culture across the plant.

Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.

理想的求职者

Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering, Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical Engineering, or related disciplines.

10+ years of experience within engineering or manufacturing environments.

5+ years of leadership experience managing engineering teams in complex manufacturing operations.

Strong background in process improvement, manufacturing engineering, production optimization, and operational excellence.

Experience managing cross-functional projects and influencing stakeholders across multiple functions.

Fluent communication skills in both Mandarin and English.
