The HR Business Partner (HRBP) & Office Manager will report to and work closely with the VP of Asia to support the growth of the Asia team. The HRBP will partner with the leadership team and Corporate HR to understand and execute the organizations human resource and talent strategy particularly as it relates to current and future talent needs, recruiting, retention, and succession planning. In addition to the HR functions, this role will act as the Office Manager for the region as we build a high performing team within the region.
In charge of HR related policies and make sure all policies are in line with regulationsManage employee relations issues in a confidential manner, including disciplinaries, grievances, and capability, to reduce ER riskWork with assigned functional leaders to understand business, diagnose current organization performance, and develop/implement plans to build needed organization capabilities and support bold growth.
This is a HRBP role to sales function, give HR services to support business development for departments direct to sales.
