The Chief Scientist - FFMK Materials Development will lead the research and development of Fluoroelastomer Fluorinated Fluorosilicone Elastomer (FFMK) materials for O-ring products, ensuring their suitability and performance in semiconductor equipment.

• Managed of direct and indirect vertical sales resources (Indirect could be Internal & External).
• Identification of Industries & Applications inside of a Vertical.
• Drive a balanced scorecard globally, for the Vertical.
• Assessments of direct resource's skillsets + development plan.
