Ensure adherence to international trade regulations and relevant healthcare industry requirements. Partner with internal stakeholders across operations, finance, quality, and commercial teams to achieve business objectives. Build, coach, and develop a high-performing team within a multicultural environment. 理想的求职者 Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline. Extensive experience in global supply chain management, ideally within medical devices, biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, or other regulated industries. Demonstrated success in business transformation, process improvement, and organisational restructuring initiatives. Strong understanding of ERP systems and data-driven decision-making. Expertise across multiple supply chain functions, such as procurement, planning, logistics, warehousing, or trade compliance. Experience managing international supplier networks and complex global operations. Strong stakeholder management, communication, and team development capabilities.
