They are currently strengthening their China supply chain hub to support global business growth, offering a mature platform for senior procurement professionals to manage international portfolios. 职责描述 Develop Global Category Strategy: Within the first 6 months, conduct a comprehensive spend analysis for mechatronics/electromechanical components and formulate a 3-year global sourcing roadmap aligned with the French HQ's objectives. Supplier Consolidation & Negotiation: Lead negotiations for framework agreements with strategic suppliers across China, Thailand, and Japan, aiming to consolidate the supplier base and secure competitive commercial terms. Drive Cost Reduction: Initiate and manage Value Analysis/Value Engineering (VAVE) projects with key suppliers to achieve annualized cost savings targets and improve cash flow through payment term optimization. Cross-Border Team Management: Establish effective functional reporting lines with the local purchasing teams in Thailand and Japan, ensuring alignment on quality, delivery, and cost KPIs. Risk Management & Innovation: Identify potential supply chain risks for critical mechatronics parts and introduce innovative suppliers or technologies to enhance product competitiveness for upcoming vehicle programs. 理想的求职者 Education: Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical) or Supply Chain Management is mandatory. Experience: Minimum 8 years of procurement experience in the industrial or automotive sector, with at least 3 years specifically managing Mechatronics/Electromechanical commodities. Technical Skills: Deep understanding of cost models for motors, actuators, and sensors; proficient in VAVE methodologies and contract law. Leadership: Proven experience in managing cross-functional or matrix teams; experience in lead/manage teams across different Asian countries is a strong plus. Languages: Fluent English is required for daily communication with European HQ; Japanese or Thai language skills are highly advantageous. Soft Skills: Strong stakeholder management skills, cultural adaptability, and the ability to influence without authority in a matrix organization. Certificates: Professional Purchasing Qualification.
