职责描述

  • Manage long-term relationships with key enterprise clients and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sustainable revenue growth
  • Understand customer challenges, processes, and business drivers to propose tailored solutions
  • Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and drive cross-selling initiatives
  • Collaborate with pre-sales, technical, and service teams to design and deliver optimized solutions
  • Track industry trends and support customers in their digital transformation journey
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, ensuring accurate CRM documentation and forecasting
  • Strategically coordinate internal and external resources to meet account objectives

理想的求职者

  • Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience with large or strategic accounts
  • Strong background in consultative selling and high-value solution sales
  • Experience in software, industrial equipment, SaaS, system integration, or Industry 4.0 solutions is preferred
  • Experience or network within the fashion, textile, or supply chain sector is a strong advantage
  • Strong strategic thinking with the ability to build and execute mid- to long-term account strategies
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and customer engagement skills
  • Capable of uncovering needs, building tailored value propositions, and influencing decision-making
  • Highly organized with strong time management and self-discipline
  • Proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related major
  • Strong English writing and presentation skills
