Coordinate global stakeholders to align on priorities, timelines and deliverables. Manage resource allocation and capacity planning to support successful project delivery. Identify risks, dependencies and bottlenecks, driving mitigation plans proactively. Work closely with art, production, development and external vendors to ensure delivery quality. Facilitate project meetings, status reporting and stakeholder communication. Experience within gaming, software development, digital production or creative environments. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Familiarity with project scheduling, resource planning and risk management. Knowledge of Agile, Scrum or software development lifecycle methodologies. Fluent English communication skills.
