Define commercial priorities, pricing frameworks, and brand positioning in the premium/value dental segment. Distributor Acquisition & Management Identify, evaluate, onboard, and manage tier-one dental distributors across key provinces. Establish performance KPIs and drive sell-in and sell-out growth. Enforce pricing discipline, product availability, and channel visibility. Sales Leadership & Business Development Own revenue targets and drive nationwide market penetration. Build and lead a small commercial team as the business grows. Open doors with dental clinic chains, group practices, and hospital networks. KOL & Clinical Marketing Build relationships with key opinion leaders, endodontists, and training centers. Support workshops, demonstrations, and clinical education initiatives. Strengthen brand recognition across digital dental communities and professional events. Cross‑Functional Collaboration Work directly with the European HQ on product strategy, marketing alignment, and forecasting. Collaborate closely with the Shenzhen manufacturing partner on supply-chain coordination. Regulatory Support Oversee local registration progress in coordination with external regulatory partners. Ensure full compliance across sales and marketing activities. 理想的求职者 Required Experience 8+ years in dental medical devices, ideally with strong exposure to endodontics. Proven success in distributor sales management across China. Solid network across dental dealers, private clinics, KOLs, and clinical educators. Experience working with international brands or fast‑growing SMEs. Strong commercial acumen and negotiation capability. Mandarin fluency with working-level English. Preferred Attributes Exposure to launching or scaling new dental brands in China. Knowledge of NMPA registration processes. Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and build foundations from scratch.
