About Our Client

Job Description

  • - 全面负责消费类电子整机工程端运营，贯穿研发至量产全链路。
  • - 主导 NPI 项目推进，解决工程化设计、试产及 PCBA 等核心技术问题。
  • - 深入分析并改善六大电子次品，主导批量品质事故的根因分析与闭环。
  • - 推动精益生产与制程优化，持续提升良率、产能与稳定性。
  • - 管理10人以上工程团队，并高效协同研发、生产、采购、品质实现项目落地。



The Successful Applicant

  • - 全日制本科及以上学历，理工科背景。
  • - 具备 15 年以上 PE/IE/ME 经验，并有 5 年以上管理 10 人以上团队的工程管理经验。
  • - 熟悉整机结构、工艺及 NPI 全流程，能够系统分析六大电子次品根因并主导批量事故改善。
  • - 具备精益生产的实战落地能力，可独立主导 EVT-DVT-PVT 全流程 NPI。
  • - 英语口语流利。
