The Area Manager will be responsible for overseeing the performance and operations of multiple retail stores within an assigned region. This role focuses on driving business growth, developing high-performing teams, ensuring operational excellence, and delivering an outstanding customer experience.

负责艺人周边衍生品从创意、产品开发到商业化运营的全生命周期管理，同时统筹广告、影视及新媒体等场景下的版权商业合作业务。通过艺人IP开发、产品创新、版权合作及跨界商业项目，持续拓展内容与艺人的商业价值。
主要负责市场communication工作，8个月contractor短期项目
1、为销售团队赋能，提升区域门店运营水平和能力并达成业绩稳定、持续增长；2、团队培训，提升门店精细化运营能力，增加员工对于品牌的强烈认同感，从而提升整体企业文化；3、通过对销售流程的提升，确保用户获得良好体验及品牌忠诚度。
直接向中国区CEO汇报工作，会带领东南西北中各区域BD人员进行直营门店的开发和发展，与公司采购、人财法、运营管理等部门紧密协作，完成公司未来门店增长目标，包括但不仅限于中国区拓展策略、年度计划、年度预算制作、管理审批流程、开发相关政策指定；并进行团队人员的招聘计划制定、人员发展和培训等。
This role will be responsible for identifying and securing prime retail locations, lease negotiations, developing strategic relationships with key landlords and developers, and supporting the brand's long-term growth objectives while preserving its luxury positioning and customer experience standards.
This is a broad and hands-on finance leadership role with full responsibility for the China finance agenda within an international consumer products business.Partnering closely with both local management and global finance leadership, the position combines financial stewardship, business partnering and performance management to support sustainable business growth.
