Senior Technical Standards & Compliance Manager with a background in Design/Construction to lead on development of the residential technical standards and compliance strategy. This remit also covers all aspects of ESG compliance, with a focus on sustainability and innovation.

Our client is looking to hire a Sr. Project Director for a upcoming unique mixed-use development projects in the Delhi NCR region of over 1 Mn sq. ft.

Responsible for overseeing commercial activities for large scale mixed use projects in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia . Some of the responsibilities include - Contract management, commercial management, quantity surveying .

On behalf of the region, direct the design and coordination activities, providing strategic design and tactical implementation, across residential, hospitality, leisure, tourism, sport, culture, and public facilities design workstreams.

• Support the Chief Development Officer / Development Director/s (on selected assigned key individual assets with full infrastructure within the project based on the approved business plan, overall investment strategy, approved budgets and designs completing the full delivery and handover to each user and the asset management team upon completion.

• Develop the short and long-term Development Strategy for Luxury Residential or high-end assets in line with the overall mandate, with a particular focus on creating a thriving community.
• Establishment and continuous refinement of product positioning for the master plan across the design process, project development and delivery activities.

• Develop the short and long-term development strategy for the portfolio of hospitality projects by identifying prospective business development opportunities.
• Leading the entire process from case development, concept definition and to financial feasibility with the aim of growing the portfolio in line with the overall business plan.

The Interior Design team will lead the responsibility on the design development and delivery of multiple new assets.

Manage and technically direct multiple technical/heritage consultants to deliver reports and studies to contribute to the team responsible for restoration and regenerative delivery.

Responsibilities include the autonomous, day-to-day management during Concept Master Planning ("CMP") and Detailed Master Planning ("DMP") phases. Should be capable of managing a planning team with over 100+ dedicated staff and detailing the future scope of services and managing against an approved budget and schedule. Should have extensive experience with value engineering and some familiarity with IFMs.

• Manage and review the strategy and design process of all relevant projects affiliated with The Proponent. Inclusive of project initiation and feasibility strategies, design cycles and applicable project programs.

• Act as design ambassador for all assigned projects/properties by articulating, orchestrating, and realizing design goals of each project.
