The Operation Head will oversee all operational departments of an infant formula manufacturing site, ensuring stable production, compliance, and continuous enhancement of processes. This role manages a team of approximately 200 employees across production, engineering, maintenance, utilities, service, and automation.

The Plant Operation Manager will be responsible for overseeing the entire production operation within a large machining equipment environment, ensuring efficient utilization of resources, adherence to EHS guidelines, and timely delivery of products to our international clientele. This role requires a hands-on manager who can effectively manage a team of over 100 employees, coordinate resources, and drive operational excellence.
