根据业务发展需求，规划公司自有品牌产品中长期策略、制定品类及产品线计划、年度新品项目计划、产品升级计划等；及时了解行业信息、市场信息、产品信息、竞品分析、技术及配方更新等，开展周期调研，根据产品销量及市场展现，及时调整和推进各产品项目和计划；
1、负责海外事业部的全面运营管理工作，并根据公司战略规划及行业发展趋势，制定落实事业部经营与销售目标及市场策略和产品策略，并对海外事业部业绩目标达成和预算管控负全责；2、负责海外产品线规划、产品更新迭代、市场需求、客户需求的研究、及海外产品研发项目推动工作；
1.制定新零售项目的产品与平台营销的规划及方案，并确保方案有效执行；2.负责新零售的运营管理，根据市场反馈对运营进行数据分析，制定营销推广方案；
根据公司战略规划，制定公司海外电商业务的整体电商营销战略，并结合实际情况制订行之有效营销计划；掌握市场情况，包括当地消费人群分析、主要玩家营销分析，制定和相应的方案
