The Merchandising Manager will lead merchandise planning and product strategy for the China market, driving sales, inventory and profitability through data-driven decision making and commercial planning. This role requires close partnership with regional stakeholders and cross-functional teams to optimize product assortment and business performance.
Reporting directly to the General Manager, the BU Head will be responsible for driving commercial growth and managing a multi-functional team of approximately 90 employees across sales, trade marketing, e-commerce, strategic accounts, and commercial operations.
