The Plant Operation Manager will be responsible for overseeing the entire production operation within a large machining equipment environment, ensuring efficient utilization of resources, adherence to EHS guidelines, and timely delivery of products to our international clientele. This role requires a hands-on manager who can effectively manage a team of over 100 employees, coordinate resources, and drive operational excellence.

PMO Director will play a pivotal role in overseeing the global new product development initiatives across our diverse product lines. Monitoring the projects and the overall portfolio is also part of their responsibility. The PMO director must ensure that the projects in the portfolio comply with the project policies and standards of the organization.
