This role requires a hands-on manager who can effectively manage a team of over 100 employees, coordinate resources, and drive operational excellence.

主导机器人全机械系统架构设计，统筹核心执行器与传动部件（齿轮/丝杠/连杆等）的选型、集成与优化，确保机械结构满足功能、性能、成本及可靠性多维需求。
