The Vice President of Operations - China will have overall responsibility for operations across two major offices in China, lea*ding approximately 150 employees. The role will ensure strong operational performance, cross-site collaboration, business growth, quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction.

1.负责管理商品配、补、调、退日常工作；2.监控商品入库、到店与销售进度，及时反馈并制定补货、转货方案。
负责制定和实施快时尚服装公司的供应链战略，确保供应链的高效运作，以支持公司的业务增长和发展。管理采购、物流、库存管理和供应商关系等供应链相关职能，确保产品的准时交付和质量达标。
需要协调内部部门之间的合作，与供应商合作，并确保产品开发和供应链活动符合公司的战略目标和质量标准
