About Our Client An international company in the retail manufacturing industry based in China Job Description Key ResponsibilitiesOverall Operations & Lea*dership Lea*d and oversee multi-site operations, establishing and delivering key business objectives and KPIs. Drive operational excellence, quality, efficiency, client service, and business performance. Develop strong lea*dership teams and maintain performance accountability. Identify operational challenges and implement effective solutions. Cross-Site Coordination Foster strong communication and collaboration across locations. Ensure alignment on company strategy, customer requirements, and business priorities. Maintain consistent standards, processes, and governance across teams. End-to-End Operations Oversee the full product lifecycle from development and sourcing through production, quality control, logistics, and delivery. Improve efficiency, quality, speed-to-market, pricing, and execution. Develop and continuously enhance SOPs and operational processes. Client, Vendor & Supply Chain Management Lea*d key client relationships and commercial discussions. Strengthen manufacturing partner and supplier relationships. Expand sourcing and production capabilities across China and Southeast Asia. Identify new business opportunities and supply chain efficiencies. Strategy, Compliance & Reporting Partner with senior lea*dership on budgeting, forecasting, and business planning. Ensure compliance with international customer requirements and audit standards. Provide regular operational updates and strategic recommendations. Monitor industry trends and implement initiatives to improve competitiveness and profitability. The Successful Applicant Qualifications 15+ years of apparel industry experience, including 5+ years in senior lea*dership. Deep expertise in knitwear and woven garment development, sourcing, production, quality, and supply chain management. Strong knowledge of manufacturing capabilities across China and Southeast Asia. Fluent in English and Mandarin. Proven ability to lea*d large, cross-functional teams across multiple locations. Strong commercial acumen, strategic thinking, and financial management skills. Experience with ERP systems, international trade, and compliance requirements. Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required. Experience within an international apparel sourcing, trading, or multinational apparel organization preferred.
