该岗位负责私募股权投资及私募基金业务相关的法务与合规管理工作，包括投资项目尽调、交易文件审核、基金合规运营及风险管控等，为公司投资业务提供全流程法律支持。候选人将深度参与项目投前、投中及投后管理，协同投资、风控及外部律所等各方资源，保障交易顺利落地并持续完善公司合规管理体系。
