This role is for a passionate Neuroscience Principal Scientist, who will contribute to the development of novel therapies for neurological disorders. The successful candidate will play a vital part in driving the company's innovative life science division in Shanghai.

The role will involve overseeing production operations and contributing to the design, automation, equipment, and process validation phases during the project.
Once the plant is operational, the Senior Production Manager will take on full responsibility for production management.

The person will take leadership role in shaping the scientific strategy and bringing new product into the company to build strong product pipeline. He/she will identify potential leads, formulate transaction model, lead business negotiation, and manage the execution of the transactions

• You will join a global fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) healthcare group with a solid domestic business and a rich product line.
• This position supports domestic intellectual property (IP) business and involves close communication and collaboration with the global IP team.

In partnership with the CEO, the position holder will lead the company's business development strategy and implementation. The person will take leadership role in shaping the portfolio strategy with focus on out-licensing and partnership opportunities. The candidate will identify potential leads, formulate transaction model, lead business negotiation, and manage the execution of the transactions.

• You will implement generative AI use cases that bring measurable economic benefit by designing and implementing suitable generative AI solution architectures, including software design and Cloud architectures.
• You join and contribute in internal communities of practice in order to shape the generative AI tech-stack.

* Crafting, executing, and overseeing AI/ML solutions throughout their lifecycle, from inception to deployment.

* Pioneering cutting-edge machine learning models, particularly in the realm of deep learning, tailored for predictive tasks in the biomedical sector.

* Steering initial project conceptualization and establishing clear project parameters alongside subject matter specialists.

Provide scientific expertise in local registration clinical trials. and license-in OTC products.
Provide medical contributions in developing and implementing marketing strategy.

公司在泰州投资新建工厂，2024年全面投产，工厂即将进入设备调试以及试车阶段。需要一位厂长全面管理小试中试到量产的全流程。
