Job Description

Experience managing large-scale P&L (>$150M C3) with a proven track record of turning around business performance and exceeding plansProfound experience in sales and marketing, with strengths across both indirect channels and direct business modelsStrong transformation capability to drive a business delivering both current performance and future growth pathwaysStrong community influence, with the ability to build a common vision and effectively engage stakeholders within a complex global matrix organization

The Successful Applicant

Seasoned commercial professional with at least 15+ years of experience in sales/marketing, channel management and digital transformation.

Large scale P&L experience

Transformative and successfully turning around the business

Community influence and stakeholder engagement

B2B/Industry sector knowledge is a plus.
