Job Description

1. Strategic Planning and Execution



  • Assist the General Manager in formulating the company's overall development strategy. Based on the development trends of the sports industry, market dynamics and brand positioning, lead the formulation and implementation of medium and long-term sales strategic plans to ensure that sales goals are highly aligned with the company's overall strategic goals.


  • Decompose and formulate annual, quarterly and monthly sales targets based on the annual strategic plan, and promote the sales team to achieve them steadily in phases. Be responsible for the company's overall revenue and profit indicators.


  • Deeply interpret relevant policies of the sports industry, analyze the market competition situation, adjust sales strategies in a timely manner, tap potential market demands, expand new business growth points, and increase the brand's market share



2. Team Management and Development



  • Be responsible for building, managing and optimizing the core sales team, formulating the performance appraisal system for team members, clarifying job responsibilities and work standards, and improving the overall execution and combat effectiveness of the team.


  • Regularly organize professional training for the sales team, covering product knowledge, sales skills, market insights, etc., to improve the business capabilities and professional qualities of team members, and build a high-quality and professional sales team.


  • Pay attention to the career development needs of team members, formulate personalized training plans, provide employees with broad promotion space and development platforms, and reduce the team turnover rate.



3. Customer Relationship Maintenance and Expansion



  • Be responsible for maintaining good relationships with key customers and partners, conduct high-level visits regularly, deeply understand customer needs, solve customer problems in a timely manner, improve customer satisfaction and loyalty, and expand the market share of existing customers.


  • Lead the team to actively develop new customer groups, tap potential customer resources, establish diversified customer channels, and achieve sustainable and sound operation of the business.


  • Lead the negotiation, signing and execution of sales contracts, improve contract terms, effectively avoid and resolve cooperation risks, and ensure the compliance and stability of sales business

4. Operation Management and Risk Control



  • Strengthen the management of sales payment collection, establish and improve the payment collection mechanism, ensure timely and sound payment collection, eliminate bad debts and delayed payments, and ensure the normal circulation of the company's funds.


  • Coordinate the communication and collaboration between the sales department and product R & D, production, logistics and other departments, reasonably adjust production capacity allocation according to the sales situation, reduce the backlog of inventory caused by changes in customer demand or product replacement, and improve the operational efficiency of the supply chain.


  • Regularly carry out sales data analysis, and provide data support for sales strategy adjustment, product optimization and market expansion through in-depth mining of sales data and market data.

The Successful Applicant



  • More than 15years of sales experience in the sports industry, with more than 3 years of team management experience, familiar with the operation mode and industry rules of the sports brand sales market.


  • Candidates with experience in successfully the team to complete major sales projects or achieve high sales targets are preferred.


  • Excellent strategic thinking and decision-making ability, able to accurately grasp market trends and formulate scientific and reasonable sales strategic plans.


  • Outstanding leadership and team management ability, able to effectively motivate team members and improve team cohesion and combat effectiveness.


  • Excellent communication and coordination skills and negotiation skills, able to establish good communication and collaboration relationships with customers, partners and internal departments.


  • Strong market insight and adaptability, able to respond quickly to market changes and adjust sales strategies in a timely manner.


  • Sensitive to numbers, proficient in using data analysis tools, and able to drive sales decisions through data.


  • Good pressure resistance, able to complete tasks efficiently in a fast-paced and high-pressure work environment.
