Job Description

  1. Strategic Planning and Execution:
    • Develop and implement global sales strategies aligned with the company's vision, mission, and growth objectives.
    • Set annual sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the sales organization and monitor progress against these goals.
  2. Leadership and Team Development:
    • Build, mentor, and motivate a diverse team of regional sales directors, account managers, and sales support personnel.
    • Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning within the global sales team.
  3. Market Development and Expansion:
    • Identify and prioritize target markets, segments, and customers based on market potential and strategic fit.
    • Develop and execute plans to penetrate new markets, expand market share, and grow revenue in existing markets.
  4. Customer Relationships and Satisfaction:
    • Establish and maintain long-term strategic relationships with key accounts, partners, and influencers.
    • Oversee the development and implementation of customer-centric sales processes, tools, and programs to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  5. Sales Operations and Enablement:
    • Optimize sales processes, tools, and technologies to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the sales team.
    • Collaborate closely with marketing, product development, and customer success teams to ensure a seamless customer experience from lead generation to post-sales support.
  6. Financial Management and Reporting:
    • Oversee the preparation and review of sales forecasts, budgets, and expense reports.
    • Monitor sales performance against financial targets and provide regular updates to senior leadership.

The Successful Applicant

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in global sales leadership roles, with a track record of achieving or exceeding revenue targets.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performance sales teams in a multi-cultural, international environment.
  • Strong understanding of sales strategies, market analysis, and competitive positioning.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel internationally up to 50% of the time.
  • Proficiency in English (both written and verbal) is essential;
