As the Technical Project Manager, you will be the technical owner for electronic hardware solutions across multiple customer projects, managing the journey from technical specification through prototype validation and first article approval. You will work closely with suppliers, quality teams, engineering partners, and international stakeholders to ensure products are delivered to specification, on time, and with good quality standards.

职责描述

  • Manage the technical scope of electronics-related projects from concept through first article approval.
  • Develop and maintain technical specifications covering displays, controllers, media players, power systems, wiring harnesses, networking, and related components.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to ensure products are built according to design requirements and technical standards.
  • Identify and resolve technical issues during manufacturing and prototype builds.
  • Manage quality and inspection activities by defining technical verification criteria.
  • Work with global project, engineering, quality, and operations teams to manage project risks and technical deliverables.
  • Prepare and maintain technical documentation, validation reports, and project records.
  • Communicate project status, technical risks, and resolution plans to both local and international stakeholders

理想的求职者

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related technical discipline.
  • 5+ years of experience in technical project management, program management, or product development involving electronic hardware.
  • Strong knowledge of electronic products, including displays, controllers, power supplies, and wiring systems.
  • Ability to interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical drawings.
  • Experience working with suppliers and manufacturing partners in China.
  • Fluent Mandarin and professional-level English communication skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment.



Preferred Experience

  • Knowledge of product certification and compliance standards such as UL, CE, FCC, or CCC.
  • Experience in retail technology, digital signage, display systems, industrial electronics, or custom-built hardware products.
  • Familiarity with DFMEA, PFMEA, quality assurance processes, and manufacturing validation activities.
