Job Description

  1. Executive & Strategic Hiring
  • Lead end-to-end hiring for senior leadership, critical technical, and high-impact roles
  • Develop deep understanding of business priorities and organizational gaps
  • Provide market intelligence, talent insights, and hiring strategy recommendations
  • Drive proactive sourcing (mapping, competitor intelligence, direct outreach) across global talent pools
  1. Talent Strategy & Business Partnering
  • Act as a strategic advisor to senior stakeholders
  • Translate business strategy into targeted hiring plans and talent acquisition roadmaps
  • Identify future capability needs and build talent pipelines in advance
  1. Recruiting Program & Project Management
  • Own and deliver large-scale hiring initiatives
  • Build and manage recruitment dashboards
  • Continuously optimize time-to-hire, channel effectiveness, and conversion metrics
  1. Channel Strategy & Sourcing Excellence
  • Design and optimize a multi-channel sourcing strategy
  • Develop advanced talent mapping frameworks to systematically identify talents
  1. Employer Branding & Candidate Experience
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance employer branding narratives
  • Elevate candidate experience across all touchpoints
  • Position the organization as a destination for industry talent

The Successful Applicant

  • 8-10+ years of talent acquisition experience, with at least 3+ years focused on executive / high-level hiring
  • Proven track record of closing senior roles
  • Strong proactive sourcing capability - able to build pipelines independently without over-reliance on agencies
  • Solid experience in talent mapping, competitor analysis, and strategic hiring
  • Experience in industrial manufacturing (preferred)
  • Fluent in English (able to conduct interviews and stakeholder communication)
